Jason Buesing

President & CEO

Jason has more than 25 years of experience in executive management, finance, treasury management, engineering, project management, and strategic development in the heavy civil, heavy highway, mining, and water resource industries performed for both the private and public sectors. These large-scale project experiences include roads, concrete structures, demolition/explosives, dams and reservoirs, stream restoration, water resources, ready-mixed concrete, channels, hydraulics, recycled product development, concrete paving, mass over-lot grading, water treatment plants, and mining operations.

Dan Duché

Vice President

As Meridiam’s Vice President, Mr. Duché leads the pre-construction efforts. He oversees engineering, estimates and proposals, equipment selection, and business development. He utilizes his 25 years’ experience and contacts throughout the mining and heavy-civil construction industries.

Having worked in both private and public sectors, Mr. Duché has held executive management, engineering, project management, strategic, and business development roles.

His project experience includes new mine development and associated infrastructure, dams and reservoirs, stream restoration, mine closure and reclamation, mass excavation, production areas at active mining operations, mine rehabilitation and restarts, access and remote construction operations.

Duane Walburg

Controller

As Meridiam’s Controller, Mr. Walburg oversees accounting operations and finance functions. He also participates in both strategic and corporate planning.

With 25 years’ experience in various industries, Mr. Walburg has worked in financial reporting and analysis, banking and cash management, cash flow forecasting, long term strategic planning, and tax planning.

Traci Nation

Senior Estimator

Traci has been estimating for the past 17 years, starting in the landscape industry before pivoting to civil construction. Traci has vast experience in all aspects of projects both residential and commercial from field to finish. Traci has managed landscape and heavy civil projects in virtually all areas of project completion including field analysis, design, estimating, subcontracting, installation, project management. Traci has won major multi-million-dollar projects from Federal, State, BLM, USFS and Municipal entities in her tenure.
